• If failure to provide credit occurs, the License will be voided, and the content will be subject to removal and/or legal action.

3. Usage Limits:

• Cannot be used for TV, film, or major label releases without an exclusive license.

• No reselling, re-licensing, or claiming ownership of the beat.

4. Legal Rights & Enforcement:

• The Producer retains 85% ownership of the beat.
